Rules for visiting the clinic

How to plan a visit to the dentist

Additionally, you can read the following articles on this topic:

1 Make an appointment for a consultation, examination or treatment.
2 Visit to the clinic.
3 Moral and ethical aspects of the initial consultation and subsequent cooperation.

When making an appointment, you need to clearly define the purpose for which you want to see a doctor, and the administrator can ask related questions.

If you just want to see, for example, a filling or a "small" tooth chip has fallen out, or the gum is bothering, then it will take about 10 minutes, and you must inform the administrator about this during the appointment.

In connection with the Covid situation, at present, we were obliged to exclude such visits from practice in order to avoid a large number of visitors to reduce the likelihood of infection. And we try to plan visits in such a way as to immediately solve the problem with which the person applied. Therefore, sometimes we ask you to send a photo of your teeth for a better understanding of the situation and approximate time planning. But this photo in no way replaces an in-person consultation!

If, in addition to looking, it is still necessary to immediately place a fallen out filling, or to remove a tooth, or to glue a flying crown, then it is necessary to allocate 30-60 minutes.

If you want to get a detailed consultation on the condition of all teeth, to find out what treatment needs to be carried out, then for this, during a visit to the doctor, you will need to carry out diagnostics (take X-rays or computed tomography), conduct an examination, talk with you, explain everything, tell , answer questions, write down - such a consultation can take from 30 to 60 minutes. And sometimes, in difficult cases, repeated consultations are necessary.

It is much easier to schedule follow-up visits, as the patient and doctor are already aware of the necessary measures.

!!!IMPORTANT!!! Visit to the clinic. Please read this information for a more comfortable treatment.
